About Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium
Home of Sunrisers Hyderabad, Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium stands in Hyderabad as one of the league's character grounds. Home of the record-breaking SRH batting line-up; hosted the 2017 and 2019 finals. Every season writes new evidence that where you play shapes how you play, and this ground's evidence is among the strongest in the IPL.
Grounds staff at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium prepare surfaces under the same spotlight as the players. One unusually dry square or one dewy evening can flip a season's home record, and the Sunrisers Hyderabad think-tank works closely with curators within the rules to keep conditions honest but familiar. That quiet partnership between a franchise and its ground is part of what home advantage actually means in this league.
